Richard W. McGinnis

RICHARD W. MCGINNIS is a retired California estate planning attorney with over 35 years experience in the preparation and administration of Revocable Living Trusts. His law practice in Roseville, CA focused exclusively on Estate Planning and Elder Law issues. His goal was to provide clients with comprehensive legal advice they could understand. His firm prepared estate planning documents which protected families, avoided unnecessary costs, and preserved assets and minimized or eliminated taxes.

 

Mr. McGinnis was a Professor of Business Law at Sierra College. He is an award-winning speaker who has conducted hundreds of estate planning classes and seminars for businesses and educational institutions, including The Golden 1 Credit Union, Sierra College, MTI Western Business College, Sacramento City College, California Paralegal College, Justice University School of Law, and The Learning Exchange.

Mr. McGinnis was an active volunteer with the Voluntary Legal Services Program which renders pro bono (free) legal services to low-income clients and seniors through Legal Services of Northern California.
