RICHARD W. MCGINNIS is a retired California estate planning attorney with over 35 years experience in the preparation and administration of Revocable Living Trusts. His law practice in Roseville, CA focused exclusively on Estate Planning and Elder Law issues. His goal was to provide clients with comprehensive legal advice they could understand. His firm prepared estate planning documents which protected families, avoided unnecessary costs, and preserved assets and minimized or eliminated taxes.
Mr. McGinnis was a Professor of Business Law at Sierra College. Mr. McGinnis is a graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Law and a member of the California State Bar Wills and Trusts Section and The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Mr. McGinnis was an active volunteer with the Voluntary Legal Services Program which renders pro bono (free) legal services to low-income clients and seniors through Legal Services of Northern California.
